Hailing from Thimphu, the Capital of Bhutan, based in Perth WA, Flying Kik is comprised of five musicians who bring a unique blend of reggae, punk rock, and hip-hop to their music. Their energetic live performances and catchy tunes have earned them a dedicated fanbase, and they're rapidly gaining recognition as one of the most exciting new bands to watch.
The band was formed in 2017, when lead vocalist and guitarist Kinley Wangchuk, drummer Sajan, bassist Akash, lead guitarists Kinley T. Wangchuk and Mipham Dorji came together to create a new sound that reflected their shared passion for music. They quickly became known for their explosive live shows, and their raw, in-your-face energy has earned them comparisons to legendary rock acts like Rage against the Machine.
